Design Notes
The juxtamembrane domain must be included in the sequence to ensure proper dimerization with the coreceptor. The signal sequence of the full length receptor was cleaved off out of frame.
The amino acid which in the full length version codes for the amino acid number 703 (Glu), which is at position 2035 in this part, has been changed as the part would otherwise have interferred with assembly standards. (GAA to GAG)
